With only weeks now until Christmas, confidence in the real estate market still seems to be growing, evidenced by another great quarter of sales activity of my mutli-income investment properties ...

As a result of these marketing campaigns I have a large number of prospective purchasers that I have been unable to satisfy, and less listing stock than I ever remember carrying. If you have been waiting for a better time to sell, this is the time to take action.

It is hard to believe that the very busy pre-Christmas period is upon us again - our schedules are all added to with the usual end of year social functions, school exams, camps and prizegivings, and general holiday planning and shopping to be done. It"s nice to be enjoying longer days to fit everything in! This includes for me after work cycles with three events coming up: the Rotorua 84km Bike The Lakes, the 160km Taupo Cycle Challenge and the new 100k TelstraClear Challenge, riding over Auckland"s Harbour Bridge.
