Campbell Scott: Personal Profile

Campbell’s background includes three years selling with Lodge’s residential team during which time he developed a strong interest in residential property for investment. He then pursued a successful and rewarding five year career with DB Breweries, one of New Zealand’s most respected companies, leaving his role as Auckland Sale Manager in 2002 and returning to Lodge to further his passion for real estate.

Campbell is now recognised as the Waikato’s leader for the sale of multi-unit investment properties. In 2007 he was appointed manager of Lodge’s high profile Rototuna office and is now a licensed auctioneer, AREINZ qualified and an accredited Real ITO Workplace Trainer.

Campbell is passionate about property for investment and has enjoyed developing his own portfolio over the past 14 years. His personal interest in investment property coupled with working with some of New Zealand’s most astute investors has led to Campbell acquiring a wealth of knowledge that enables him to provide valuable advice to people wanting to invest in the healthy Waikato real estate market. He owns property locally and advocates Hamilton as being the best market for property investment in New Zealand.

Awarded membership in the Lodge Club for outstanding sales performance each year since 2003, Campbell’s sales results are testimony to his success at combining his personal interest and expertise in property with his love of selling real estate to assist clients with their wealth creation.

An accomplished public speaker, Campbell is an entertaining auctioneer who is regularly called upon to assist with charity auctions.

Living in Hamilton with his wife Madeleine, also a salesperson for Lodge, and their five children, Campbell is a keen cyclist and regularly enjoys a game of squash.
